About

Eva Robinson

Eva R. Robinson is a child of God first, a musician second, and  everything that defines her follows those attributes.  She was introduced to classical voice, music and performance training in the ninth grade at the prestigious Cass Technical High School, in Detroit, MI.  She continued her studies at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, earning a Bachelor’s of Arts with a concentration in music.  Desiring to learn more and earn a specialized degree, Eva attended Eastern Michigan University School of Music pursuing certification to become a Music Therapist. After realizing her purpose in assisting in the deeper needs of others, she earned her  Master's in Professional Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary. She has since become a tri-county child and family therapist servicing Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties. In November 2016, Eva  began a new, life changing, assignment at Third New Hope as the Youth Coordinator where she actively engages with the youth to cater to their spiritual, mental, social, and emotional well-being.

Born and raised in the city of Detroit exposed Eva to a variety of people and lifestyles. While she was fortunate to grow up in a stable, Christian household, she felt sheltered from the harsh reality that some youth faced. This awareness gave Eva the heartfelt mission to show others the love, care, patience, and support they lacked in their households and communities. She expresses love and hopes to inspire people with the gift of music.  This is the very impetus of Note by Note International Music Services, Eva's non profit music and leadership program. Eva whole-heartedly believes that music can be used to teach, promote, enhance, enrich, and shape the lives of others.
